Eng. Moumina was appointed to the Board of Directors in [year]. He has spent more than 25 years in the private sector and the financial services industry. His career has given him experience across a variety of business sectors including investments, retail, manufacturing, and real estate development.

He was CEO of Savola Group (2018-2020), CEO of SEDCO Holding Group (2013-2020), and prior to 2013 was a General Manager and Chief Credit Officer of SAMBA Financial Group.

He is currently Chairman of Dunia Al Aswaf Trading Company and a Board member of Alinma Bank, Jeddah Development & Urban Regeneration Company (JDURC), Almatajer Alkoubra and Dar Al Tamleek. From 2015 to 2021, he was a Board member of The National Commercial Bank (NCB).

Eng. Moumina has a Master of Science in Engineering Administration with honors and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with honors, both from The George Washington University (USA). He has also completed several executive programs: the Global Leadership Program at Harvard University, the Senior Executive Management Program at Columbia University, and the Global CEO Program at Wharton University.
